Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a senior or lead Automotive Mechanic role.
• Expertise diagnosing and repairing complex faults across multiple vehicle makes.
• Proficient with diagnostic scan tools and multimeters.
• Trade qualifications and certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and other mechanical systems.
• Interpret technical service manuals, diagnostic codes, and schematics to troubleshoot issues accurately.
• Conduct routine maintenance services, including inspections, oil changes, and tune-ups.
• Advise customers on necessary repairs and maintenance, providing clear explanations and estimates.
• Mentor and guide junior automotive technicians, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in the Kimberley workshop.

About the Role

Our client, a reputable automotive workshop in Kimberley , is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Automotive Mechanic .
