Colt Automation Ltd. seeks an Automation Controls Specialist to design, program, and commission industrial control systems for large machines and lines. You will work independently and with a cross-functional team to deliver robust electrical designs and effective device integration.

The role requires a background in PLC/SCADA development, servo control systems, and off-site installation experience. Travel may be required and a strong emphasis on clear technical communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial device integration.
• Proven PLC programming, SCADA/HMI design, and servo commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Participate in controls architecture, programming, and commissioning for large machines and lines.
• Program control systems for servo, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment and related devices.
• Ensure robust, cost-effective electrical designs and manage scope.
• Lead cross-functional teamwork and participate in reviews and service calls.
