Adamson Associates Architects in Toronto seeks Revit-trained Architects, Intern Architects and Technologists to contribute on Ontario projects. You will join a project team reporting to a Project Manager and produce high-standard Revit construction drawings across site plans, floor plans, elevations and sections.

The role emphasizes staying current with building systems and codes, preparing design development and construction documentation, and delivering quality work on time.

Formación

• Proficient in producing Contract Documents in current versions of Revit.
• Experience with large-scale retail, commercial, mixed-use, institutional, and infrastructure projects.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with complex building types and advanced Revit knowledge.
• Knowledge of building technology, construction methods, and materials interpretation.
• Able to work collaboratively in groups of 3–20.

Responsabilidades

Our Toronto office has opportunities available for Revit-trained Architects, Intern Architects and Technologists to work on various Ontario based projects. Reporting to a Project Manager, the successful candidates will work on one of our many project teams to produce high standard Revit construction drawings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assemble construction drawing sets from schematic design through to construction administration in REVIT, including: site plans, floor plans, elevations, building sections, wall details, etc.
• Work with current design techniques, building systems, and keep current with design trends, code changes, and developments to sustain and improve technical and design skills.
• Prepare client presentation materials, design development documentation, construction documentation, contract administration and Authority submissions on a wide variety of projects under guidance from senior architects.
• Ensure all work meets Adamson standards for quality.
• Complete work upon agreed deadlines.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience with large-scale retail, commercial, mixed-use, institutional, and infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in producing Contract Documents in current versions of Revit.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with complex building types with a portfolio demonstrating advanced knowledge of Revit and working drawing production.
• Knowledge of building technology and assembly, construction methodology, materials application and interpretation of manufacturers' requirements.
• Team player able to work collaboratively in groups of 3-20.

Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 annually (commensurate with experience).
