AtkinsRéalis Architecture & Design Canada Inc. seeks a Senior Architectural Technologist to join our growing team. You will develop designs, prepare package drawings for submissions, permits, tender and construction, and support construction administration.

The ideal candidate has 8–15 years North American experience, strong Revit skills, and a background in institutional projects, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities for project teams.

Qualifications

• Architectural Technologist degree from an accredited Canadian institution.
• Minimum 8–15 years of North American experience.
• Proficient in Revit and other supporting software.
• Strong background with Institutional projects.

Responsibilities

• Developing designs and technical solutions.
• Prepare complete design drawing packages for presentations, permits, tender, and construction.
• Construction Administration.
• Knowledge of construction methodology, building assemblies, building science, materials application and interpretation of manufacturers' requirements.
• Utilize proficient Revit skills to develop detailed architectural plans.
• Apply comprehensive understanding of Building Codes and civic planning processes.
• Demonstrate flexibility with tasks and priorities to meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate effectively with co‑workers, maintaining a congenial attitude.
