Responsibilities

• Manage a team producing architectural designs and construction drawings
• Lead project meetings and coordinate disciplines on multi-disciplinary projects
• Manage consultants and client communication
• Provide technical and administrative oversight to meet project goals within cost, quality, and schedule
• Manage project finances, including planning, forecasting, staffing, and working with accounting
• Assist in pursuing new work through RFP preparation

Qualifications

• Registered Architect in Ontario (OAA) or eligible for registration
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of BIM, REVIT, AutoCAD, Visualization software, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365, Bluebeam preferred
