Job summary

CSA Group is seeking a Senior AR Administrator to support daily cash receipts, manage an AR portfolio, and handle credits, rebills, and ad‑hoc invoicing. You will perform month‑end AR reconciliations and provide analysis to the Finance team.

The role requires advanced SAP AR/AP/GL/SD knowledge, working proficiency in Workday and Salesforce, and strong communication and analytical skills to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education with accounting focus and finance experience.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP modules (AR, AP, GL, SD) and BIP.
• Working knowledge of Workday and Salesforce, strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet stringent deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Apply customer receipts to AR portfolios and manage credits/rebills.
• Handle ad-hoc invoicing and routine adjustments daily.
• Perform month-end AR reconciliations and related reporting.
• Support Finance with data analyses and reconciliation tasks.
