• Senior Systems Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O

Location: Toronto, ON - 5 days onsite

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 Finance & Operations, enterprise application integration, and supply chain management. The successful candidate will lead solution design, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of business-critical enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead systems analysis, solution architecture, and technical design documentation.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations and technical specifications.
• Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O environments, including Data Management Framework (DMF) and system integrations.
• Work with Power Apps, Power Pages, and Dataverse to support business solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable enterprise applications.
• Lead solution workshops, technical discussions, testing, integration, implementation, and production support.
• Troubleshoot system issues and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance to junior analysts and support delivery throughout the SDLC.

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in systems analysis, functional consulting, or a related IT role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O, system configuration, and support.
• Experience with DMF, enterprise integrations, and Power Platform tools.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including Product Information Management, Master Planning, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash.
• Experience in solution design, technical documentation, and enterprise application delivery.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery, Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart or similar tools.

• Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), eCommerce integrations, and AI solutions.
