Job summary

iPartner Consulting in Toronto is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst with hands-on Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O expertise to lead solution design and drive enterprise implementations. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, configure DMF integrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions across supply chain processes.

Qualifications

5-8 years in systems analysis or related IT role.
Hands-on Dynamics AX/D365 F&O experience.
Experience with DMF, integrations, and Power Platform tools.
Strong supply chain process knowledge.
Experience in solution design and technical documentation.
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery, Jira/Confluence/Lucidchart.

Responsibilities

Lead systems analysis, architecture, and design documentation.
Translate business requirements into configurations and technical specifications.
Configure and support Dynamics AX/D365 F&O environments, DMF, and integrations.
Work with Power Apps, Power Pages, and Dataverse to support solutions.
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise applications.
Lead solution workshops, technical discussions, testing, integration, implementation, and production support.
Troubleshoot system issues and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
Provide technical guidance to junior analysts and support delivery throughout the SDLC.
