Senior Application Support / Systems Engineer
Raise is currently hiring a Senior Application Support / Systems Engineer on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.
Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.
The Senior Application Support / Systems Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining application health, configuring observability and alerting solutions, triaging production incidents, troubleshooting performance and latency issues, and supporting Kubernetes-based environments.
The successful candidate will bring strong experience in application support, distributed systems, monitoring and observability, CI/CD processes, incident management, and production troubleshooting, with hands‑on experience supporting cloud-based and Kubernetes environments.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
