Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Senior Application Analyst to design, build, and support SharePoint sites and Power Apps across the organization in Leduc, Alberta. The role involves partnering with business units to translate requirements into scalable IT solutions and to support ongoing SharePoint and Power Apps operations.

You will lead initiatives within the Microsoft 365 suite, collaborating with construction, land settlement, and other operational teams to deliver tailored workflows and applications.

Qualifications

• Strong SharePoint experience including administration, site configuration and support.
• Power Apps development, enhancement and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience gathering requirements from business users and translating to technical specs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform).
• Ability to explain technical concepts in business terms.

What you will be doing:

• Designing, building, enhancing and supportingSharePoint sites and solutionsacross the organization.
• Developing, enhancing and supportingPower Appsused by various business groups.
• Working directly with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate those requirements into technical solutions.
• Gathering requirements and helping business users determine what they actually need from a technical/application perspective.
• Supporting existing SharePoint sites and resolving issues such as access problems, functionality issues and other break/fix requests.
• Taking ownership of applications that may have originally been developed directly by business users.
• Reviewing existing Power Apps and other business-built solutions to understand how they were designed, what business purpose they serve and how the company’s IT can appropriately support them going forward.
• Identifying opportunities to improve or stabilize applications that have been transitioned from the business into IT support.
• Building custom solutions for business requirements that cannot easily be addressed through an off-the-shelf application.
• Supporting broaderMicrosoft 365 initiatives, including SharePoint, Power Apps, OneDrive, Teams and related technologies.
• Leading or contributing to Microsoft 365-related projects from requirements gathering through implementation and ongoing support.
• Partnering with business groups including construction, land settlement and other operational teams to develop applications and workflows specific to the company’s business.
• Supporting solutions used to capture, manage and store operational information, including field-related information and documentation.
• Taking ownership of solutions through their lifecycle rather than simply developing them and handing them off.
