Job summary

Ledcor is seeking a PowerApps Specialist for a 6-month contract to maintain, enhance, and develop content within our PowerApps catalogue. You will create documentation, host knowledge transfer sessions, and mentor BI team members and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities include supporting business-critical Power Apps, troubleshooting issues, testing, releases, and ensuring alignment with security and governance standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience building and maintaining Power Apps solutions.
• Knowledge of business intelligence, analytics, and reporting systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and reporting deliverables.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience supporting analytics initiatives within construction, engineering, telecommunications, infrastructure, or related industries is an asset.

Job description

Reporting to the Manager, Business Intelligence, the PowerApps Specialist will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and developing content within our PowerApps catalogue.

The PowerApps Specialist will also be responsible for creating detailed documentation, hosting knowledge transfer and training sessions, and providing mentorship to BI team members and business stakeholders. The role will provide ongoing support for business-critical Power Apps, including enhancements, troubleshooting, testing, and ensuring solutions align with standards.

This is a 6 month contract position.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Maintain, enhance, and develop business-critical Power Apps solutions
• Troubleshoot defects, resolve production issues, and improve application performance
• Create test plans and conduct unit testing and user acceptance testing
• Manage application releases, changes, documentation, and lifecycle activities

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience building and maintaining Power Apps solutions
• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Technology Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and relevant experience in Power Apps development and support
• Knowledge of business intelligence, analytics, and reporting systems
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and reporting deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience supporting analytics initiatives within construction, engineering, telecommunications, infrastructure, or related industries is an asset
• Strong proficiency in developing model-driven apps and canvas apps
• Experience creating documentation for applications and low-code/no-code solutions
• Ability to train and coach technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Compensation

$92,800.00 - $127,600.00

This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
