• Minimum 3 years of AP experience in a shared services or similar environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable payment cycle with accurate vendor payments.
• Review proposals, resolve payment issues including rejects and banking discrepancies.
• Prepare and analyze AP reconciliations, and support month-end activities.
• Maintain vendor master records with accurate banking, tax and contact info.
• Drive process improvements and support system enhancements.
