Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst for a 1-year contract in downtown Calgary. The role involves owning the full-cycle AP, resolving complex invoice, PO, or reconciliation issues, and troubleshooting automated workflows. Requires 5+ years in AP, SAP experience, and strong analytical skills.

The position is in-office, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of $33.00–$45.00 per hour. Opportunity for extension based on performance.

Formación

5+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience.
Post-secondary education in finance and accounting.
Experience with 2-way and 3-way matching, PO processing, GR/IR, and reconciliations.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
Ability to interpret AP dashboards and KPIs; troubleshoot automated invoice workflows.

Responsabilidades

Manage full-cycle accounts payable including validation, coding, processing, and reconciliations.
Perform 2-way and 3-way matching; resolve PO, pricing, and tax issues.
Maintain AP queues and follow up on aging/workflows.
Assist month-end and year-end tasks, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
Run AP dashboards and KPIs; serve as escalation resource for AP matters.
Resolve employee expense and policy issues.
