Job summary

RBC in Toronto seeks a Senior Manager, Analytics & AI Strategy to drive strategic transformation through advanced data analytics and AI initiatives. You will design scalable performance routines, lead AI Transformation, and craft data-driven narratives for senior leaders.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to build analytics solutions, monitor performance, and translate complex insights into executive-ready materials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive analytics experience in financial services or enterprise analytics.
• End-to-end analytics capability with SQL and/or Python; translate insights for executives.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for senior leadership.
• Strategic mindset with ability to work with ambiguous problems and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver performance management metrics to track PB leadership progress against pillars and objectives.
• Lead end-to-end analytics, generate insights, and drive change through data storytelling for executives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and identify risks and drivers.
• Own performance measurement processes, define and maintain OKRs and key metrics.
• Establish analytics processes, KPI tracking, and monitoring aligned with OKR management.
