Job summary

National Bank is seeking a Senior Analyst Stock Loans for the Capital Markets Operations team. The role focuses on securities income, event processing, and delivering accurate, efficient operations within a hybrid work environment.

You will analyze distributions, monitor reconciliations, and produce operational metrics while collaborating with cross-bank partners to ensure controls and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in securities operations, capital markets operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrate experience processing securities-related events, distributions, or income activities.
• Possess strong analytical skills and experience performing reconciliations, investigations, and exception management.
• Have experience producing operational reports and working with data to support decision-making.
• Demonstrate knowledge of operational controls, risk management practices, and regulatory or procedural compliance within financial services.

Responsibilities

Your team

Within the Dividends Capital Markets Operations team, you are part of a dynamic team of approximately 12 colleagues and report to the Director, Dividends-CM.

We work closely with a variety of partners to manage risk, improve processes, and ensure the successful execution of critical operational functions.
