CMHC is seeking a Senior Analyst, Modelling, in a Hybrid arrangement across multiple Canadian offices including Ottawa. The role focuses on actuarial and financial modelling to support housing affordability and capital knowledge growth within Canada’s mortgage sector. 12-month temporary assignment with diverse responsibilities.
You will develop and validate models, perform valuations, and respond to internal/external requests while maintaining regulatory awareness and documentation standards.

Join the Finance - Insurance and Securitization team, in the Senior Analyst, Modelling position, where we use actuarial and financial foresight to improve housing affordability and serve as a key contributor to the growth of intellectual capital across the business and influence the development of actuarial and financial knowledge of Canada’s mortgage sector.
This is a temporary position of a duration of 12 months.
