Responsibilities
- Lead finance-related projects involving ERP systems and tools impacting accounting, tax, treasury, and financial reporting
- Collaborate with IT, cross-functional teams, and vendors to support new implementations and system upgrades
- Ensure data accuracy, integration integrity, and compliance with IFRS across financial systems
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual finance processes
- Coordinate user testing and training for new systems or updates
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems configurations and financial workflows
- Provide hands-on support to internal finance users and resolve system-related issues
- Evaluate and present business cases for new tools or process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing or implementing financial systems
- Experience with leading ERP systems such as INFOR LN (IFS Cloud, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Epicor Kinetic, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Acumatica Cloud ERP, Plex Smart Manufacturing Platform, or Sage X3)
- Strong technical understanding of systems architecture, integrations, and system administration
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or a related field
- Solid grasp of IFRS principles; CPA designation or in progress is an asset
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft tools like Visio and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working independently or collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Prior experience working with third-party vendors or consultants is beneficial
