The Senior Analyst – Decommissioning Waste Management plays a key technical role in the performance of projects within the Calian Nuclear team. The Senior Analyst can plan and conduct waste and site characterization surveys consistent with industry best practices, such as MARSSIM, MARSAME, CSA N292.8 and CSA N294. The Senior Analyst is experienced with the oversight of field work, including worker health and safety, pre-job safety briefings, operation of field survey equipment, collection of samples and application of chain-of-custody. The Senior Analyst can act as the main technical interface (i.e., subject matter expert) with clients on a variety of projects. They can lead medium to large projects and are expected to provide guidance and mentorship to other staff within the Calian Nuclear team.
This role is fully remote. Therefore, we welcome candidates from across Canada but would prefer those in Quebec and Ontario.
