Job summary

Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Category Management & Insights team. In this role you will leverage strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to understand the marketplace and help drive growth.

You will work with multiple data sources to develop reports and scorecards that communicate performance and the drivers behind results, partnering with Category Management and Commercial teams to identify trends, opportunities and risks.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate insights.
  • Ability to clearly communicate findings and recommendations to a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor market trends, the competitive landscape, and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategies and business objectives.
  • Leverage market and retailer POS tools to build reports that summarize category performance, highlighting key insights, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Ensure portfolio strategies are grounded in consumer and market insights.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the industry, staying up to date on emerging trends and best practices.
  • Support the development of category strategies and annual plans in partnership with Customer and Commercial teams.
  • Develop and maintain channel and brand standards for Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited and its partner brands.

Role Details
  • Work Location - This is a work-from-home position with occasional travel to the office required, at least once per month
  • Salary - The full base salary range for this position is from $70,650 - $80,000 annually. The starting base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity.

About This Opportunity
