Job summary

Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited in Brampton is seeking an Analyst (hourly) for a multi-focused role combining project work with daily warehouse tasks. You will report to the Warehouse Manager or Lead Supervisor and support safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires flexibility to work Saturdays on a rotating schedule, with shifts from 6:00am to 2:00pm, 2:00pm to 10:00pm, or 10:00pm to 6:00am, at $22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma and/or post-secondary education is required.
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • MS Office experience including intermediate Excel skills and SAP.
  • Flexibility to work afternoon shift.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, oral and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support supervisors with employee observations and labor standards.
  • Assist Supervisors with daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ensure employees adhere to safety standards and perform their jobs accurately.
  • Conduct Product Date Audits.
  • Track warehouse equipment including scanners and PITs, and run audits.
  • Ensure Daily Off Standards are met.
  • Cover pick and bulk dock stations, and perform supervisory duties.
  • Complete GMP walks daily.
  • Support unionized employees to meet daily goals.
  • Coach employees on best practices.
  • Use SAP daily.
  • Complete daily tasks and projects as assigned.

About This Opportunity

Reporting into the Warehouse Manager and/or Lead Supervisor, the Analyst (hourly) will be multi-focused with project work and responsible for some daily tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Support supervisors with employee observations/engineer labor standards
  • Assist Supervisors with daily tasks and responsibilities
  • Ensure employees are adhering to safety standards and accurately doing their job
  • Product Date Audits
  • Track equipment for the warehouse including, scanners, Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs), IT equipment, and running audits on the equipment
  • Ensure Daily Off Standards
  • Cover pick and bulk dock stations, supervisory duties
  • Complete Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) walks daily
  • Support unionized employees to meet their daily goals and/or targets
  • Coach Employees on best practices
  • Use SAP on a daily basis
  • Complete daily tasks and/or projects as assigned
