AtkinsRéalis in Toronto, ON is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Airfield to lead major airport infrastructure initiatives. You will oversee scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk, coordinating with contractors and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/program management experience.
• 5+ years in large international airport projects or major infrastructure.
• Experience leading teams to deliver complex programs.
• Proven stakeholder management and reporting capabilities.
• Expertise across design, planning, construction, operations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist project management expertise.
• Collaborate with Senior PMs and Construction Managers to support the Program Lead.
• Manage contractor performance and escalate decisions as needed.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders for consultations and approvals.
• Coordinate permits, approvals, consents, and site logistics with the contractor.
• Oversee delivery of works within scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk.
• Apply change control procedures and escalate decisions.
• Coordinate reviews, inspections and approvals with the program team.
• Coordinate procurement and contract management activities.
• Coach, mentor and develop staff careers.
