Job summary

D2L is seeking a Senior Transformation Director to lead the AI Transformation Office (AITO) and drive how the company uses AI across business units. You will partner with executives to reimagine core processes and deploy technology that improves speed, quality, and cost efficiency while ensuring responsible AI adoption.

You will own the AITO portfolio end to end, guiding teams and delivering sustained business value through practical transformation, governance, and enablement practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior operations, transformation, and enterprise change.
• Fluency with current AI tools; assess feasibility, effort, risk with partners.
• Strong ability to influence across functions and engage executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Transformation Office initiatives to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Partner with leaders to define and govern the AITO roadmap.
• Redesign processes and implement new technologies for faster, cost-efficient results.
• Ensure adoption, governance, and value realization across the organization.
