Bits In Glass is seeking an Architecture Leader to shape engagements, govern multi-pod architecture, and drive standardization across AI and cloud platforms. The role requires deep hands-on Python, cloud experience, and proven ownership of enterprise software initiatives.

You will mentor teams, define engineering standards, and engage with clients at the CIO/Architect level. Based in Calgary, Canada, this high-impact role offers equity-like incentives and direct influence on core AI platform

Qualifications

• 10+ years building and shipping enterprise software.
• 2+ years on production LLM or agentic systems.
• Technical owner across multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Hands-on with Python and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with data residency, security posture, and model hosting.

Responsibilities

• Shape engagements before they are sold, assessing feasibility and production timelines.
• Govern architecture across live pods, including model hosting and security posture.
• Lead technical craft through design reviews and reference architectures.
• Mentor engineers and calibrate engineering hires as we scale.
• Represent ConveneAI in client architecture and vendor review boards.
