Job summary

Workana is seeking a Senior AI Solution Architect in Toronto to design, document, and deliver scalable, secure AI-enabled architectures. You will translate business needs into cloud-native designs across Azure and GCP, harness LangGraph/LangChain tooling, and coordinate with governance and security teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive IT experience, incl. 5+ years in solution architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience architecting cloud-native AI/agentic solutions on Azure or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Design and document comprehensive solution architecture artifacts.
• Architect end-to-end AI and agentic solutions across cloud platforms.
• Translate business requirements into concrete designs with stakeholders.
• Select tech components and integration patterns balancing performance and cost.
• Present designs to governance for approval.
• Establish agentic workflow patterns, networking isolation, and observability for AI workloads.
• Design data access and integration across Azure Fabric/Synapse and BigQuery.
• Mentor developers on architecture standards.
