Job summary

Soroc Technology is seeking an experienced Azure Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise-scale cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure. The role is hybrid, based in Toronto, with in-office two days per week.

The ideal candidate has a track record delivering large-scale Azure projects in complex environments. You will lead architecture reviews, define end-to-end architectures for cloud-native and hybrid apps, implement secure, scalable solutions, and collaborate with business, development,

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with strong solution architecture experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Azure experience.
• Deep expertise in cloud architecture, security, and governance.
• Experience with IaC (Terraform or Bicep) and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solution architectures for cloud-native and hybrid applications.
• Define application, integration, data, and infrastructure architectures.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to delivery teams.
• Design secure, scalable, and resilient solutions using Azure services.
• Collaborate with business, development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendor teams.
• Support architecture governance, design reviews, and technology evaluations.
