Job summary

REALIGN LLC in Toronto, ON seeks a Full Time AI Architect to design enterprise-grade Generative and Agentic AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Databricks. The role leads architecture, PoCs, governance, responsible AI, deployment, and enterprise adoption.

You will build scalable multi-agent workflows, establish AI standards, ensure security and compliance, and collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to drive AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Generative AI and Agentic AI architecture experience.
• Hands-on Azure AI Foundry and Databricks experience.
• Experience designing multi-agent AI systems and autonomous workflows.
• Strong knowledge of AI governance, Responsible AI, security, and compliance.
• Experience with AI deployment, monitoring, observability, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Databricks.
• Develop hands-on prototypes, PoCs, and reference implementations.
• Build scalable Agentic AI architectures with multi-agent orchestration, tool integration, planning, reasoning, and autonomous workflows.
• Define reusable Agentic AI frameworks, accelerators, and architecture patterns.
• Lead AI deployment strategies focused on scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Establish AI governance, model lifecycle management, auditing, and compliance controls.
• Implement Responsible AI principles covering fairness, transparency, privacy, security, and ethics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and product teams.
• Define enterprise AI architecture standards, best practices, and technical guidelines.
• Implement observability, monitoring, performance optimization, and risk management.
• Guide engineering teams through architecture reviews and AI development best practices.
