Job summary

IFS Copperleaf portfolio is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, high-impact programs across engineering and AI transformation. You will coordinate scope, risks, and delivery with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure successful releases.

As a senior member, you will drive adoption of advanced operating models, collaborate with Champions and product leadership, and guide multi-cell initiatives toward predictable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex, high-impact programs in agile software environments.
• Senior-level program management with a track record of predictable delivery.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• AI fluency and comfort using AI tools in daily workflows.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Translate product strategy and epics into executable features with clear outcomes.
• Lead delivery of the most complex program and release scope.
• Coordinate with Champions, architects, designers, and operations to ensure delivery excellence.
• Engage with customers to validate solutions in real-world scenarios.
• Ensure release readiness with documentation, known limitations, and migration paths.
