Altis Technology is seeking aSenior Program Manager to lead a high-visibility AI Operations initiative within a healthcare technology enterprise. The role focuses on improving ServiceNow ITOM capabilities through AI and automation, delivering end-to-end program governance across multiple workstreams, and aligning cross-functional teams in a complex matrixed environment.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive project and program management experience in large-scale enterprise technology.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and strategic leadership skills.
• Experience leading enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, SAP, Workday or similar).
• Change management experience including communications, training, and adoption.
• ServiceNow ITOM/ITSM implementations knowledge; Now Assist is a plus.
• Exposure to AIOps or AI-enabled automation platforms is preferred.
• Strong waterfall and Agile delivery experience; SAFe knowledge is advantageous.

This executive-facing opportunity focuses on enhancing ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities through AI and automation. You'll bring structure to a fast-moving program, align cross-functional teams, and drive organizational readiness and adoption. Your Responsibilities

• You’ll own end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams, establishing governance, roadmaps, milestones, and executive reporting.

• You’ll lead organizational change management, including communications, training, business readiness, and adoption.
• You’ll coordinate ServiceNow ITOM enhancements, AI integrations, testing, and operational readiness with technical teams.
• You’ll align cross-functional stakeholders and delivery teams without direct reporting authority.
• You’ll apply waterfall and Agile methodologies to maintain delivery momentum while navigating evolving priorities.

Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive project and program management experience, including ownership of large-scale, multi-workstream enterprise technology implementations.
• Exceptional executive communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and strategic leadership capabilities.
• Proven experience leading enterprise platform implementations involving ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, or comparable technologies.
• Strong organizational change management experience, including communications, training, readiness, and adoption.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM/ITSM implementations is highly preferred; familiarity with Now Assist is an asset.
• Exposure to AIOps, enterprise AI, Salesforce Agentforce, or AI-enabled automation platforms is preferred.
• Strong waterfall and Agile delivery experience; SAFe or Disciplined Agile knowledge is advantageous.
