Job summary

Altis is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a high-visibility AI Operations initiative across enterprise tech in a healthcare tech setting. You will drive end-to-end program delivery, align cross-functional teams, and report to senior leadership with governance, milestones and adoption plans.

You will influence how AI-enabled capabilities are introduced, scaled, and embedded within a matrixed organization, requiring strong executive communication and proven change management experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive project and program management in enterprise tech.
• Executive communication, presentations, and stakeholder management at senior levels.
• Experience leading enterprise platform implementations (ServiceNow, SAP, Workday or similar).
• Strong change management with communications, training, readiness, and adoption.
• Exposure to AIOps or AI-enabled automation platforms is a plus.
• Experience with both waterfall and Agile delivery; knowledge of SAFe is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams with governance, roadmaps and exec reporting.
• Engage senior executives, communicate progress, risks, and influence decisions.
• Lead organizational change management including communications and training.
• Coordinate ITOM enhancements, AI integrations, testing, and operational readiness with technical teams.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
• Apply Waterfall and Agile methods to maintain momentum amidst changing priorities.

Your Responsibilities

• You’ll own end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams, establishing governance, roadmaps, milestones, and executive reporting.
• You’ll engage senior executives, communicate progress, escalation risks, and influence decisions across a complex stakeholder landscape.
• You’ll lead organizational change management, including communications, training, business readiness, and adoption.
• You’ll coordinate ServiceNow ITOM enhancements, AI integrations, testing, and operational readiness with technical teams.
• You’ll align cross-functional stakeholders and delivery teams without direct reporting authority.
• You’ll apply watermark and Agile methodologies to maintain delivery momentum while navigating evolving priorities.

Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive project and program management experience, including ownership of large-scale, multi-workstream enterprise technology implementations.
• Exceptional executive communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and strategic leadership capabilities.
• Proven experience leading enterprise platform implementations involving ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, or comparable technologies.
• Strong organizational change management experience, including communications, training, readiness, and adoption.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM/ITSM implementations is highly preferred; familiarity with Now Assist is an asset.
• Exposure to AIOps, enterprise AI, Salesforce Agentforce, or AI-enabled automation platforms is preferred.
• Strong waterfall and Agile delivery experience; SAFe or Disciplined Agile knowledge is advantageous.
