Job summary

Rennie is seeking a Senior AI Enablement Specialist to guide teams in applying AI, automation, and process redesign to achieve meaningful business outcomes. You will work with leaders to identify opportunities, build lightweight AI solutions, and drive adoption across the organization.

You will directly shape an AI enablement program, collaborate with the Tech team, and balance problem-solving with hands-on experimentation, change management, and practical delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience applying generative AI, structured prompting, AI agents, automation and low-code/no-code tools to deliver demonstrable business value.
• Experience working with leaders to uncover the real problem behind a request and identify meaningful opportunities for improvement.
• Knowledge of data privacy, security, system integration and AI reliability, with the judgment to involve technical specialists when needed.
• Experience translating ambiguous problems into practical recommendations, future‑state workflows, implementation approaches, success measures and adoption plans.
• Experience leading cross-functional operational improvements or technology-enabled initiatives through implementation and adoption.
• Experience contributing to organization‑wide AI enablement, digital adoption, or change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Work with leaders to identify real business problems and prioritize AI opportunities.
• Develop and test lightweight AI-enabled solutions and prototypes.
• Lead approved AI initiatives from planning through adoption and scaling.
• Define success measures and track value delivery.
• Build and evolve an organization-wide AI learning program.
• Collaborate with technical specialists and vendors as needed.
