Job summary

Fullscript is seeking an AI Enablement Specialist to create practical AI training resources and self-serve learning experiences that empower teams to use AI responsibly and effectively. You will work with the GSD team to translate insights into clear learning materials and playbooks and help shape adoption roadmaps across departments.

You will facilitate learning sessions, webinars, and workshops, gathering feedback to continuously improve content and adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning and development or digital enablement.
• Hands-on fluency with modern AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini).

Responsibilities

• Own the creation of Fullscript’s AI training content, including practical guides, slide decks, blogs, videos, playbooks, templates, and role-based paths.
• Build interactive, self-serve learning experiences that make AI knowledge easy to find and apply.
• Identify learning needs across Fullscript and tailor content to workflows and AI fluency levels.
• Stay current on AI tools and trends to keep learning materials accurate and practical.
• Partner with AI Champions to shape adoption roadmaps and provide reusable resources.
