Job summary

Case IQ is seeking a Senior Software Application Developer to help set technical direction and deliver durable, secure software for Case IQ's platform. You will help lead complex cross-functional initiatives, raise engineering standards, and shape how product teams use AI-native and agentic engineering practices to move from idea to production safely and effectively.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional experience in engineering or CS.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience designing and operating large-scale SaaS systems.
• Expert in TypeScript, Node.js, SQL, APIs, distributed systems.
• Experience with AI-enabled software in production.
• Experience with Docker, GitHub, CI/CD, observability, security.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Coaching mindset and mentoring track record.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and technical direction for platform capabilities.
• Design and evolve scalable APIs and data flows.
• Lead AI-enabled product capabilities including LLM integrations.
• Establish agentic SDLC practices with automation and reviews.
• Build guardrail systems for AI workflows (safety, privacy, cost).
• Set production readiness standards across AWS services.
• Drive secure-by-design implementation and tenant isolation.
• Lead multi-team initiatives from discovery to rollout.
• Raise engineering excellence with reviews and testing.
