HomeLife/Cimerman Real Estate Ltd. is seeking an experienced senior developer to lead our growing technology environment.

This hands-on role emphasizes using AI to solve problems and make meaningful technical decisions, working closely with leadership to design and build scalable, secure systems. You will write and review production code daily, mentor other developers, and take business problems and turn them into practical technical solutions.

Qualifications

7+ years of professional software development experience.
Experience taking ownership of a system or significant application to evolve it.
Experience working with AI for development and production and willingness to incorporate AI into your work.
Experience mentoring other developers.
Strong ability to understand unfamiliar code and diagnose problems.

Responsibilities

Serve as the senior technical resource across our development environment and lead architectural decisions.
Write and review production code daily; turn business problems into practical technical solutions.
Coordinate across multiple projects and systems while keeping priorities in sight.
Work with contractors and external partners to meet technical standards and explain decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure production systems are secure, reliable, monitored, and cost-aware; manage AWS environments for websites and applications.
