Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record delivering production software across the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring developers.
• Proficiency with AI-enabled development tools (e.g., Kiro).
• Strong fundamentals across multiple languages and frameworks.
• Architecture and cross-system design experience.
• Ability to evaluate and direct AI-generated output.
• Ability to lead and mentor without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of software projects from design through production.
• Architect, build, test, and deliver complex software solutions using an AI-first approach.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions with analysts and users.
