Job summary

Accenture Data & AI is seeking a Senior Leader to drive strategy, design, and scaled delivery of AI & Data solutions for Utilities across Canada. You will own the Data & AI agenda for the portfolio, lead high-level client engagements, and guide cross-functional teams in delivering enterprise-grade data platforms with responsible AI governance.

The role emphasizes executive stakeholder management, MLOps/LLMOps leadership, and shaping go-to-market strategies in a rapidly evolving utilities

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, business administration, commerce, or engineering.
12+ years of relevant experience in enterprise data platforms and/or AI/ML engineering, including architecture and operationalization.
Proven track record of building and growing an industry portfolio with multi‑$MM revenue ownership.

Responsibilities

Set direction for AI & Data Utilities: target-state vision, architecture, and roadmap across complex enterprise landscapes.
Lead large-scale client engagements: end-to-end delivery leadership from strategy to run.
Operationalize reusable accelerators: reference architectures, reusable pipelines, governance workflows, data product frameworks, MLOps/LLMOps practices.
Governance & responsible AI leadership: embed data governance, privacy, and responsible AI practices into capabilities.
