Correlation One in Canada is seeking a Senior Learning Designer to design AI training workshops and programs for a range of learners, from individual contributors to executives.

You will define learning objectives, create course outlines, and develop content and instructor guides for live online training focused on data and AI. Collaboration with Operations, Account Management, instructors, and learners is essential to ensure measurable professional growth and client impact.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience in Learning or Instructional Designer roles.
• Experience delivering projects aligned with client goals.
• Ability to prioritize high-impact projects.
• Experience designing AI and AI-adjacent technical training.
• Experience creating online courses for synchronous and asynchronous delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define learning objectives from client needs and create course outlines.
• Design content and activities aligned with objectives for online training.
• Develop slides and instructor guides for live online programs.
• Collaborate with operations, account management, instructors, and learners to ensure effective design and outcomes.
