Job summary

YO AI Labs in Canada is seeking experienced Senior Software Engineers to support an AI training project by creating reinforcement learning environments for software engineering tasks using Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools.

You will design reproducible environments, deterministic verification, and reference solutions for bug fixing, feature work, refactoring, and performance optimization, while documenting solutions and providing clear technical feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience building RL environments for software tasks.
• Strong coding skills across Python/Java/C/C++/Rust/TypeScript.
• Design reproducible environments and deterministic verification.
• Familiarity with code refactoring and performance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Create reinforcement learning environments for software tasks.
