Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of UX/Product design experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience with workshops, user research, synthesis, flows, IA, wireframes and prototypes.
• Experience with interaction and visual design and design systems.
• Demonstrated ability to design mobile-first, data-informed experiences.
• Proficient with Figma and collaboration tools; able to mentor other designers.

Responsibilities

• Lead design vision, strategy and execution for a major product area.
• Define and navigate ambiguous problem spaces leveraging cross-functional insights.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers and data scientists to ship scalable experiences.
• Design new functionality within existing systems and define new patterns.
• Synthesize insights with research and data to inform product direction.
• Apply AI to accelerate discovery, prototyping and iteration while exercising prudent judgment.
• Communicate rationale to stakeholders and mentor designers across pods.
