Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Learning Design Professional to design and develop learning solutions that build technical AI capability and performance.

You will translate capability needs into measurable objectives, collaborate with SMEs, and apply generative AI tools to accelerate content creation and learner support.

This remote role includes travel as needed, with a pay range of $71,100–$97,800 per year and flexible scheduling to align with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Performance or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years designing and delivering learning solutions in a corporate environment.
• 3+ years facilitating in-person and virtual learning experiences.
• Experience designing AI/tech-related upskilling and digital transformation.
• Ability to communicate learning approaches to stakeholders and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, learner-centered experiences to drive technical skill development.
• Conduct needs analyses with stakeholders to identify capability and performance requirements.
• Partner with SMEs to translate complex concepts into clear objectives and materials.
• Develop scalable learning assets and content frameworks for Enterprise AI initiatives.
• Ensure materials stay accurate as technologies evolve.
• Analyze learning effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on results.
• Guide facilitators and select learning technologies to support development and application.
• Create multimedia assets including videos, simulations, and e-learning courses.
• Plan, organize, and deliver curricula; may facilitate live or virtual sessions.
