Job summary

BMO is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager, Agriculture in Saint-Hyacinthe to develop, manage, and deepen a client portfolio in the agricultural sector. You will serve as the primary strategic contact, tailoring financial solutions to each client’s objectives and collaborating with specialized teams on complex credit transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, lending, and risk management is essential.
• Ability to build lasting business relationships with stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong client focus and curiosity.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the agriculture and agri-food sector is preferred.
