Job summary

Fidelity Canada is seeking an Agile Process Specialist to facilitate cross-functional Agile pods and coach Product Owners to deliver high‑quality software. The role emphasizes pragmatic Agile practices, risk management, and enabling smooth releases across Product, UI/UX, BA, and Development teams.

You will operate in a flexible hybrid setting with offices in Toronto, supporting a dynamic and inclusive culture that values growth, collaboration, and client success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years total experience in agile delivery roles (Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Lead).
• Experience working across Product, Design, BA and Development teams.
• PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate planning, prioritization, and release readiness activities.
• Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and ready for development.
• Maintain insight into progress, priorities, dependencies, and risks.
• Communicate release timelines to partners.
• Coach teams to adopt Agile and Lean practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, demos, retrospectives).
• Identify and help resolve risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, BA, and Dev teams to keep docs aligned.
• Improve delivery workflows and meeting efficiency.
• Support reporting on team performance and value delivery.
