Job summary

BrainyYack in Toronto is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join a specialist team focused on AI-driven workflow transformation. This hands-on role builds production agents on top of foundation models, not for research.

You will design, build, and operate AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making, planning, and tool use to automate complex customer and internal workflows in an enterprise environment where reliability and security are non-negotiable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years experience in AI engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience building agents on foundation models.
• Production-grade software development experience for enterprise systems.
• Ability to work across multiple projects and with clients.
