Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst for the Missions systems Procurement team in Ottawa, onsite at the Ottawa site. You will spearhead procurement processes, lead RFPs, master negotiation tactics, and address production inquiries to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost optimization.

The role requires a university degree or equivalent plus at least 2 years of relevant experience, with ITAR, CGD, and ERP (SAP) exposure.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• ITAR and CGD requirements must be met.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
• Knowledge of Global Trade Classification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement processes, standards, and plans including RFPs and cost analyses.
• Respond to client inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare purchase orders, approve payments, and negotiate prices to ensure smooth procurement.
