RTX is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst for the Missions systems Procurement team in Ottawa, onsite at the Ottawa site. You will spearhead procurement processes, lead RFPs, master negotiation tactics, and address production inquiries to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost optimization.

The role requires a university degree or equivalent plus at least 2 years of relevant experience, with ITAR, CGD, and ERP (SAP) exposure.

We are currently hiring a Senior Procurement Analyst for the Missions systems Procurement team in Ottawa - CA. This position is onsite at Ottawa site - CA. Collins Aerospace is actively seeking a seasoned Procurement professional to spearhead our dynamic procurement processes, standards, and operational strategies. This pivotal role involves leading the charge in crafting RFPs, mastering negotiation tactics, and conducting cost analyses. What You Will Do

• Carries out Procurement processes, standards, and operational plans, including RFPs, negotiation preparations, and cost analysis.
• Responds to client inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Carries out activities associated with purchasing goods, materials, supplies, and services to ensure terms are in the organization’s best interest.
• Prepares purchase orders, approves payments, and negotiates prices to ensure the procurement process goes smoothly, under general guidance.
• Compiles price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to provide input on reasonable prices.
• Prepares request for proposals (RFP) and bid packages to take on new accounts.
• Monitors contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Contacts suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries to ensure resolution of problems such as shortages and missed or late deliveries.
• Responsible for all aspects of the relationship with suppliers within a commodity.
• Responsible for global suppliers and will need to support early morning and late evening calls as needed.
• Directs and manages all schedules, and purchase orders for the client account or the product family.
• Ensures product is delivered on time, meets quality standards, and at the right cost.
• May perform delivery assurance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience. Successful candidate must meet all requirements under ITAR and CGD.

The salary range for this role is 65,000 CAD - 107,800 CAD . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
