Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BScN).
• 5 years of related experience in program or project management.
• 3 years of experience in supervision.
• Experience in budget management and planning.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and strong interpersonal/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing program operations, coordinating courses, workshops, training and events, and aligning resources to deliver core program services.
• Plan needs analyses, translate objectives into operational plans, identify risks, and ensure continuity.
• Devise KPIs, track data, analyze performance trends, and adapt program elements to meet objectives.
• Promote the program as an ambassador, communicating impact and successes to stakeholders.
