BDO Canada is looking for a Senior Administrative Professional in Vancouver to join the US Corporate Tax Services group. The successful candidate will own the following responsibilities :

  • Provide support to a team of Partners and US Tax professionals
  • Type and format correspondence, reports, or other documents based on drafts, including correction of grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Maintain Partners' billing records and assist with collections and processing of A / R
  • Plan and organize internal and external appointments, conferences, and meetings
  • Perform administrative tasks related to the department's operations such as research, coordination of special events, updating documents, and filing
  • Assembly of U.S. corporate tax returns and assembly and printing of tax forms
  • Other administrative duties as required including photocopying, filing, mailing / courier as required by professional staff and Partners
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Your experience and education

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in an administrative capacity
  • You are a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks while dealing with confidential information
  • You have excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and adhere to deadlines
  • You display strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • You have the ability to support high level management demands with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with added value for familiarity with Microsoft CRM, and Workday.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • You have a professional attitude at all times, focused on internal and external client service
  • You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work
  • You have the ability to work extra hours as required

Salary range is between 56,000 to 73,000 CAD
