Bombardier is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to support a busy Administrative Centre in Canada. You will prepare purchase-order documentation via Ariba, onboard new staff, manage calendars and correspondence in French and English, and coordinate budgets for the department.
The role requires a college degree in office technology or equivalent and at least eight years of relevant experience, with strong MS Office and communication skills in both official languages.
