Qualifications

• Identify, implement opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards to support operational, management, and client needs.
• Provide hands-on operational support to the Client Service Administration team during peak periods or changing priorities.
• Act as a subject matter expert by coaching and supporting colleagues while contributing to knowledge transfer.
• Design and implement business solutions and tools that support planning, monitoring, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recommend, and implement opportunities to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and develop sustainable business solutions.
• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards to support operational, management, and client needs.
