Job summary

Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience; working with seniors is a strong asset.
- Post-secondary education in recreation, gerontology, social work, or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized; detail-oriented; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Help plan and deliver programs that support all dimensions of wellness.
- Encourage residents to take part in daily activities and special events.
- Monitor and record participation and engagement levels.
- Support a safe, welcoming, and inclusive activity space.
- Prepare and share calendars, posters, and newsletters for programs.
