Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking an experienced IT professional to administer and support Active Directory Domain Services and Microsoft Entra ID in a hybrid enterprise environment.

You will manage domain controllers, DNS, DHCP, trusts, and authentication services, while ensuring security controls such as MFA, CA, SSO, and PIM are in place. The role involves PowerShell automation, identity governance, and collaboration with Security, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams to maintain

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise Active Directory environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with AD DS, DNS, DHCP, and Trusts.
• Experience implementing Conditional Access, MFA, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Manage Domain Controllers, Group Policies, DNS, replication, trusts, and authentication services.
• Support Hybrid Identity and Entra Connect synchronization.
• Implement and maintain MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, PIM, and Identity Governance.
• Perform Active Directory backup, recovery, and disaster recovery testing.
• Manage Kerberos, service accounts, SPNs, and identity security controls.
• Develop PowerShell automation and operational reporting solutions.
• Provide Level 2/Level 3 support and participate in incident, problem, and change management.
• Collaborate with Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Microsoft 365 teams.
